About PCHInet
PCHInet is a comprehensive resource center designed to meet the needs of the physicians and staff in the Partners Community Healthcare, IncSM(PCHI) network. Harnessing the power of the Internet, PCHInet connects users to improve communication, enhance patient care, and improve physician practice management. PCHInet's resources are housed in an easy to use browser interface. There is a wide array of valuable resources on PCHInet including:
NoAH – Online eligibility, referral and radiology authorization tool for administrative staff.
CDR – Clinical info about patients who have received care at BWH, MGH, NWH, DFCI, NSMC, Spaulding, and Faulkner.
Matrix - PCHI’s electronic patient registry system for managing/coordinating/tracking patient care. Matrix can help enhance patient care and improve the efficiency of physician practices, as well as assist practices in achieving clinical targets in pay-for-performance contracts. The data in Matrix comes from claims data (HPHC, TAHP, SH, BCBS) and is refreshed on a monthly basis.
